The College of Microinvasive Procedural Medicine (CMPM)

Advancing minimally invasive procedural care through education, research, and clinical innovation.

Developed in collaboration with Carpal Tunnel Australia

About CMPM

The College of Microinvasive Procedural Medicine (CMPM) is a clinical and educational institution dedicated to advancing minimally invasive, image-guided procedural care through structured training, research, and clinical collaboration.
The College was established in response to the growing need for safe, scalable procedural solutions that improve patient access, reduce healthcare system burden, and support faster functional recovery.

Our Approach

Clinical Practice

Precision-driven, image-guided procedures designed to minimise tissue disruption and improve recovery outcomes.

Education & Training

Structured training pathways, accreditation frameworks, and supervised procedural development.

Research & Evidence

Outcome-driven research supporting safety, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of procedural techniques.

Why Microinvasive Medicine

Advances in imaging and procedural techniques are enabling targeted treatments that reduce procedural trauma, shorten recover time, and improve access to care.

Microinvasive medicine represents a shift toward precision-driven, patient-centred procedural care delivered in modern clinical environments.

Current Areas of Focus

  • Ultrasound-guided microinvasive carpal tunnel procedures
  • Clinician training pathways
  • Outcomes-based research and recovery analysis
  • Expansion of office-based procedural care models
